My name is Ilya Fedulov and I have been a licensed GC and a home builder in the area for the last 19 years. I graduated from Saint Petersburg State Technical university in 1998 as a bachelor in construction engineering and master degreee in construction management in 2002.
Me and my team built many new homes in the area and also in Truckee, Ca, I also design and prepare architectural drawgins for new construction homes and design structural elements per California Residential code in seismic categories up to D2.
Currently I mostly provide design and consulting for my clients and not actively involved in construction.
Overview
In residential construction even the simplest trades, which can be performed with little coordination between Owner, builder or subcontractors can be difficult to manage.
Timing and budgeting are the most important and often underestimated areas of failure.
There are also safety and privacy concerns that need to be addressed prior to construction begin and during the course of the project. Not to mention complex permitting process, insurance certification, working with construction loan documentation, preparing construction inspection reports, addressing change orders and damaged areas assessment. These are tons of issues to avoid and I'm here to help.
